DAY 01 - AIR PORT / PINNAWALA / KITHULGALA
Pick up from the Airport or from the Beach hotel in Negombo
Thereafter transfer to Pinnawala.
Elephant Orphanage is an unfamiliar terminology, but it’s absolutely true and real. The secluded premises dedicated to provide a natural habitat for captive elephant’s weeks old babies to fifty-year-old parents and grand parents. The herd can be sited in the orphanage-only place of its kind of this population on earth to date.
At Pinnawala an attempt was made to simulate, in a limited way, the conditions in the wild.
Animals are allowed to roam freely during the day and a herd structure allowed to form.
The baby Elephants getting their milk at 9:15 Am, after the feeding time all the Elephants proceed to the river where they take a bath.
Most of the elephants at Pinnawala are healthy and once attaining adulthood, will be sold or donated or retained for breeding. A few disabled elephants are given residential care. One tusker, Raja is blind, and one female, named Sama, lost her front right leg to a land mine.
Thereafter transfer to Kithulgala
Kitulgala is a popular adventure-sports centre located amid thickly forested hills. Most visitors are the young and energetic of Colombo, but foreign visitors are also starting to discover the region's white-water rafting, jungle trekking, birdwatching and cave exploration.

DAY 02 - KITHULGALA / KANDY / NUWARA ELIYA

Thereafter transfer to Kandy.

DAY 03 - NUWARA ELIYA / ELLA (BY TRAIN)

DAY 04 - ELLA

DAY 05 - ELLA / YALA

DAY 06 - YALA / MIRISSA

Mirissa Beach is the perfect beach holiday destination with surfing, scuba diving and deep sea fishing being the most popular offerings. Southern sea is also one of the best places to watch dolphins and whales in Sri Lanka. Normally there are arrangements of short “Dolphin Boat Trips”. Tourists love taking these trips to sea because, apart from dolphin-watching, they are quite refreshing as well.

DAY 07 - MIRISSA / BENTHOTA / AIR PORT

Bentota is a tourist attraction, with a local airport (Bentota River Airport) and a handful of world-class hotels. It is a destination for watersports. Bentota also delivers an ancient art of healing called Ayurveda. Bentota is famous for its toddy production, an alcoholic beverage made out of coconut nectar. It also has a turtle hatchery, located on Induruwa beach.
